AMERICAN TAN RABBIT SPECIALTY CLUB
Hello Tanners,
The CBL Committee is happy to present the club with the results of two initiatives we have been undertaking this year. We will review and briefly discuss these initiatives at the club meeting at the 102nd ARBA Convention and Show in Indianapolis, IN this November. Following the meeting, all documents will be posted in the Tan Tribune and will be voted on in the next election cycle.
We strongly recommend members review these documents in advance of the meeting and prepare any questions or feedback you may have. Due to meeting room scheduling requirements, we will have limited time at the meeting this year.
Please feel free to submit questions or feedback to the committee by sending to brian.sbfarms@gmail.com.
Thanks on behalf of the CBL Committee and we look forward to seeing all of you in Indy.

Best Regards,
Bill Hunter, Brian Bell (Chair) & Terri Griffin
Initiative 1
The first initiative is a full reorganization of our current CBLs into three sections to better align with best practices in these important documents and ensure the club can effectively operate. The purpose of this project as well as the process and all of the documents used can be found in this PDF document:

Initiative 2
The second initiative is to manage 23 CBL change requests that were submitted since last year. The CBL committee worked with the requesters and we are presenting forward 18 CBL changes for club consideration.
Most of these are minor changes or changes to align with current club operating practices requiring documentation updates. These changes can be understood and reviewed by using either of the aforementioned versions of the CBL as the Article and Section numbers are provided for both the Current Approved and Proposed New Versions.

Here are the 18 CBL change requests (note: there are some ID numbers that are intentionally skipped):
